Served Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Starters

Salsa and Chips – pico de gallo, salsa verde, smoked tomato picante.

Guacamole and Chips – cotija and green onion. 

Chorizo Queso and Chips – Hatch green chile, pico de gallo, queso fresco and green onions. 

Chicharrón – fried pork rinds served with Hatch ranch and pickled vegetables.

Grilled Corn on the Cob – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cotija and parsley.

Grilled Romaine Salad – white bean & roasted garlic puree, grilled corn pico, cotija, charred lemon & green chile vinaigrette. 

Arugula Salad – avocado, shaved radish, English cucumber, pickled red onion, queso fresco, pepitas tossed in smoked chile and lime vinaigrette. 

Fritters – peppadew peppers, pickled nopales, aged white cheddar and manchego cheese served with goat cheese remoulade. 

Green Chile Potatoes – fried yukon gold potatoes, chorizo queso, white cheddar, green onions and cotija, served with Hatch green chile aioli. 

Smoked Chicken Wings – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cilantro and cotija served with Hatch green chile ranch and pickled vegetables. 

Flautas – Cascade Farms sirloin, appaloosa beans, roasted corn, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese served with guacamole, pico de gallo, and salted crema.

Smoked Pork Belly Quesadilla – crispy smoked pork, Hatch red chile, chevre,sweet onion jam, topped with poblano crema, pepitas, and apricot & fig pico de gallo.

Chile Relleno – selection changes daily; ask your server about today’s featured filling.

*Green Chile Cheeseburger – ½ lb Cascade Farms beef patty, aged white cheddar cheese, roasted Hatch green chiles, marinated roma tomatoes, chorizo queso on a brioche bun served with pickled vegetables.

Hatch Red Chile Chicken Burrito – mesquite smoked chicken, roasted chiles, caramelized onions, Hatch chile rice, aged manchego & white cheddar cheese topped with Hatch red chile, pico de gallo, smoked crema & green onions. 

Hatch Green Chile Pork Burrito – mesquite smoked pork shoulder, fried yukon gold potatoes, Hatch green chile, pico de gallo, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese and guacamole topped with salted crema and green onions.  

*Stacked Chicken Enchiladas – Hatch green chile, smoked chicken, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese and housemade corn tortillas topped with pico de gallo, sliced avocado, salted crema, and a fried egg. 

*Stacked Brisket Enchiladas – Hatch red chile, smoked beef brisket, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese and housemade corn tortillas topped with grilled corn pico, Hatch green chile aioli, sliced avocado and a fried egg.

Chilorio– smoked pork shoulder, chevre, marinated roma tomatoes, salsa picante, cotija and green onions

Carnitas – crispy smoked pork belly, Hatch green chile, pico de gallo, poblano crema, cotija and cilantro

Pollo Verde – smoked chicken, cucumber pico, guacamole, salted crema, queso fresco and green onions
