Salsa and Chips – pico de gallo, salsa verde, smoked tomato picante.

Guacamole and Chips – cotija and green onion. 

Chorizo Queso and Chips – Hatch green chile, pico de gallo, queso fresco and green onions. 

Chicharrón – fried pork rinds served with Hatch ranch and pickled vegetables.

Grilled Corn on the Cob – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cotija and parsley.

Grilled Romaine Salad – white bean & roasted garlic puree, grilled corn pico, cotija, charred lemon & green chile vinaigrette. 

Arugula Salad – avocado, shaved radish, English cucumber, pickled red onion, queso fresco, pepitas tossed in smoked chile and lime vinaigrette. 

Smoked Chicken Wings – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cilantro and cotija served with Hatch green chile ranch and pickled vegetables.

Chile Relleno – Anaheim pepper stuffed with chevre and aged white cheddar on a bed of southwest red beans, topped with sliced avocado, pico de gallo, Hatch red chile, and cotija.

Chicken Tinga Burrito – mesquite grilled chicken, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend, southwest red beans, sweet onion pico, shaved romaine, topped with Hatch red chile, poblano crema, queso fresco, and green onions.

Smoked Pork Burrito – hickory smoked pork shoulder, southwest red beans, with shaved romaine, pico de gallo, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend, topped with Hatch green chile, salted crema, queso fresco, green onions and pepitas.

Carne Asada Burrito – 8oz grilled Ribeye Steak, pico de gallo, shaved romaine, guacamole, aged manchego, Oaxaca, and white cheddar cheese blend, served on southwest red beans, topped with salsa verde, smoked crema, cotija, and green onions.

*Stacked Butternut Enchiladas – Hatch red chile, roasted butternut squash, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with cucumber and poblano pico, smoked crema, sliced avocado, chevre crumbles a fried egg and pepitas.

*Stacked Chicken Enchiladas – Hatch green chile, smoked chicken, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese and housemade corn tortillas topped with pico de gallo, sliced avocado, salted crema, and a fried egg. 

*Stacked Chicken Tinga Enchiladas – House tomato chile tinga sauce, braised chicken, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with sweet onion pico, poblano crema, sliced avocado, a fried egg, and green onions.

*Stacked Brisket Enchiladas – Hatch red chile, smoked beef brisket, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese and housemade corn tortillas topped with grilled corn pico, Hatch green chile aioli, sliced avocado and a fried egg.  

*Stacked Pork Enchiladas – Hatch red and green chile, smoked pork shoulder, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with cabbage escabeche, sliced avocado, poblano crema, queso fresco, a fried egg, and green onions. 

Butternut Flautas – roasted butternut squash, Hatch red chiles, and chevre stuffed flautas topped with sweet onion pico, avocado aioli and pepitas. 

Green Chile Flautas – Smoked Chicken, roasted Hatch green chiles, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese served with guacamole, corn pico and poblano crema.
