Starters

Salsa and Chips – pico de gallo, salsa verde, smoked tomato picante.

Guacamole and Chips – cotija and green onion. 

Queso and Chips – Choice of Chorizo sausage Hatch green chile, or vegetarian queso, topped with pico de gallo, queso fresco and green onions. 

Chicharrón – fried pork rinds served with Hatch ranch and pickled vegetables.

Green Chile Cheese Potatoes – fried yukon gold potatoes, vegetarian queso, green onions, aged manchego and white cheddar chesse blend, and cotija served with Hatch green chile aioli.

Grilled Corn on the Cob – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cotija and parsley.

Taco Salad – Grilled romaine heart, pickled sweet peppers, sliced red onion, cherry tomato, black olives, corn pico, fried tortilla and red beans topped with green goddess dressing, “Baco” bits and cotija. 

Arugula Salad – avocado, shaved radish, English cucumber, pickled red onion, queso fresco, pepitas tossed in smoked chile and lime vinaigrette. 

Smoked Chicken Wings – garlic lime brown butter, red chile hot sauce, cilantro and cotija served with Hatch green chile ranch and pickled vegetables.

Chile Relleno – Anaheim pepper stuffed with chevre and aged white cheddar on a bed of southwest red beans, topped with sliced avocado, pico de gallo, Hatch red chile, and cotija.

Butternut Flautas – roasted butternut squash, Hatch red chiles, and chevre stuffed flautas topped with sweet onion pico, avocado aioli and pepitas. Served with southwest red beans & cabbage escabeche 

Green Chile Flautas – Smoked Chicken, roasted Hatch green chiles, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese served with guacamole, corn pico and poblano crema. Served with southwest red beans & cabbage escabeche.

Chile Relleno Burrito– Anaheim pepper stuffed with chevre and aged white cheddar, with yukon gold potatoes, cheese blend, roasted poblano peppers and onions, served on a bed of southwest red beans, topped with pico de gallo, peppadew aioli, shaved romaine and cotija.

Smoked Pork Shoulder Burrito – yukon gold potatoes, cheese blend, pico de gallo, roasted poblanos and onions, topped with Hatch green chile, salted crema, queso fresco, green onions and pepitas.

Chicken Tinga Burrito – yukon gold potatoes, cheese blend, sweet onion pico, roasted poblanos and onions, topped with Hatch red chile, poblano crema, queso fresco, and green onions.

Smoked Beef Brisket Burrito – yukon gold potatoes, cheese blend, corn pico, roasted poblanos and onions, topped with Hatch red and green chile, hatch aioli, cotija, and herbs.

*Carne Asada Ribeye Burrito – 8oz grilled Ribeye Steak, yukon gold potatoes, cheese blend, guacamole, pico de gallo, roasted poblanos and onions, served on southwest red beans, topped with salsa verde, smoked crema, cotija, and green onions.

*Stacked Pork Enchiladas – Hatch red and green chile, smoked pork shoulder, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with cabbage escabeche, sliced avocado, poblano crema, queso fresco, a fried egg, and green onions. 

*Stacked Chicken Enchiladas – Hatch green chile, smoked chicken, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with pico de gallo, sliced avocado, salted crema, a fried egg, and green onions. 

*Stacked Chicken Tinga Enchiladas – House tomato chile tinga sauce, braised chicken, aged manchego and white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with sweet onion pico, poblano crema, sliced avocado, a fried egg, and green onions.

*Stacked Brisket Enchiladas – Hatch red chile, smoked beef brisket, aged manchego, white cheddar cheese blend served on housemade corn tortillas topped with grilled corn pico, Hatch green chile aioli, sliced avocado, a fried egg and green onions.  

*Stacked Butternut Enchiladas – Hatch red chile, roasted butternut squash, cheese blend, served on housemade corn tortillas topped with cucumber and poblano pico, smoked crema, sliced avocado, chevre crumbles a fried egg and pepitas.
